Hi guys I don't know if I am writing this is the right place so I apologise if I'm not.
I really need some advice on a situation I am going through at the moment regarding my child and his father. My sons dad has decided to take me to mediation as he doesn't want to pick our son up from his home adress as he does not want contact with me. He has also said if I refuse mediation then he will take me to court for 50/50 joint custody. Can someone give me some advice... The communication has only broken down on his part between us.
