Tongue out constantly! Teething!?

FTM here so apologies if this is obvious! For the last week my 7.5 month old DD has constantly been messing with her tongue. It's never in her mouth! She wiggles it sounds, sucks it, chews it, pulls the funniest faces with it etc. 🤣. Whilst it's very cute and funny (although the dribble is off the scale as a result!!) I've been starting to worry that something's wrong!? Could this be a teething symptom? We've no teeth yet but she is definitely teething - drool is awful at the moment and she chews in frustration on everything! Thanks Mumsnetters! Xx

She's just realised she can do all sorts with it.
Like when they find their hands and look at them in amazement 🥰

The drooling is a sign of teething but also of her mouths open a lot playing with her tongue she won't be swallowing as much if that makes sense

@ChittyBangs haha yes she keeps twirling her hands around in the air at the moment too and staring in amazement! It's very cute!!

She always has her mouth open with it out 🙈 I think I just overthink things sometimes! Thanks for your reply :)
