Claiming Benefits to Avoid CMS

Good afternoon,

I'd like to query if anybody has been through similar with a paying parent of CMS.
All payments stopped in March 2020 due to losing his job and claiming benefits. He's since worked, but either self employed or cash in hand.
He's had 2 court cases, each with the mothers of his 2 children, and has said in court that he works, yet it seems unless he's on PAYE, nothing gets reinstated.

Am I wrong? Is there a way to highlight his earnings?

I haven't spoken with CMS for a long time, I gave up when I asked for advice. Ex was claiming UC, and working (every detail of which was highlighted on the business insta) but I was told to contact the fraud team. That was peak pandemic and I'm sure they were busy with fraudulent claims.

Do I try again?

He's very lavish with his lifestyle, and our DS is constantly being told of holidays, weekends away, new games consoles etc.

Currently, his contact with our DS is facetime only. Court ordered.

I think you might get some more replies if you ask MNHQ to move this over to relationships @MumandSon05.

Csa as it was wanted proof of exh having 2 jobs. They wanted photos.
Maybe gather screen shots of his sm and email them to Cms fraud department?
