How to use Colief when breastfeeding?

Hi all
Has anyone any experience with giving Colief when exclusively breastfeeding please?

Instructions are to add the drops to expressed breastmilk (at room temperature) before every feed, then feed it to baby.

I'm rubbish at hand expressing, can barely get anything at all (also have nipple thrush at the moment so its painful), so I'd be using my electric pump to get the milk.

I can easily pump some milk at the start of the day, but ideally wouldnt be taking out my pump before every single feed, with impatient hungry baby waiting for me!

Is there a way I could pump in the morning, and use that milk for the next few Colief doses?

Conscious that the milk needs to be room temperature before I give it, but I'd have to store it in the fridge to keep it fresh... how would you do it???

Thanks very much!

There seems to be a few things you could do according to the FAQs

It's a nightmare. It needs to be at room temp or the lactase enzyme won't activate. If it's too warm it kills them. A haaka isn't fast enough. I had to buy an electric pump (spectra)
