Bed guard recommendations

My DS 10m co sleeps with me for the last few hours of every night. I have a king sized divan bed with a thick mattress (I think it's 28cm)
Can anyone recommend a bed guard please?
The ones I've looked at on Argos say to fit mattress up to 23cm thick

I think Safetots do some extra tall ones, although we just have a regular height Safetots one. It's seemed robust, has held up to my toddler hurdling over it to get to mummy a few times.

Bed guards are only safe after your little one is 18 months old.
