Second hand baby zen yo-yo or brand new silvercross jet?

Just that really. Baby zen appears in good condition but obviously a few scratches etc. Need a buggy I can take on aeroplane and use as lightweight run around. Both same price!

I don’t know the Jet but the YoYo is really long lasting - mine is almost 5 years old a and aside from scratches still working perfectly, so I’d have no concerns about going for second hand.

You can get new wheels, all fabric parts and some other replacement parts (like the handle) for the yoyo. Yoyo has had 3 different versions now so check which one you’re getting and if it’s still compatible with any replacement parts you might need/ extra bits of kit you might want (like the carseat adapters for example). The yoyo is seriously light and that makes a massive difference to your life if you need to be carrying it up stairs. It also goes through very narrow gaps on pavements and public transport. I know nothing about the silver model sorry.

Multiple videos on this YouTube channel about the yoyo and in particular what to look for in a 2nd hand model/what can go wrong mechanically.

The channel is called ´the stroller workshop’ if you prefer to you YouTube’s search feature rather than the link.

I love our Yoyo. Bought it for a flight last year and now use it most of the time.

Thanks everyone

I've used our yo-yo from birth as main stroller for 2 so far and will do for a third if we're lucky enough. Love it, so light and easy to maneuver and so far, hardwaring. I've had to replace one wheel when the bearings went which was a 5 min job. Can't recommend it highly enough.
