Hi parents!

I'm a college student thats making a short film designed for helping young children (specifically toddlers) get to sleep.

It's going to be done in the style of the animations that headspace do, and aims to use a narrator to tell a story in a calming way to help them doze off. In the UK we have a thing on cbeebies called "the time has come to say goodnight" which does a similar thing?

Would this be of any use to any parents? Do any parents use similar services to help their kids get to sleep?

If you had any advice of what paths I could take or things I could look into it would be a massive help :)

I doubt it. It’s widely believed children shouldn’t use screens for an hour before bed and it’s important to read to children before bedtime. The ceebies the time has come to say good night is about the end of ceebies broadcast rather than helping children sleep.
