My house is abit of a mess, im a crap cook and my kids just laugh when i get mad at them, they are currently running round and round and skidding on my floors and screaming "trump trump trump" at the top of their voices. I have kinda got to the point where i just cant be bothered to even sort them out, they just moan at me and then start again in 5 mintutes, my dp thinks im too soft, my mum thinks im too hard, i just think i need a drink asap!!

anyone else got kids who diont listen EVER, im in need of some valium i think!

Leave kids to it. Get drink. Hide!

At least they are happy! You must be doing something right!

If they're only shouting trump then you're a brilliant parent. Mine would be shouting bolox or something worse...

LOL i never thought about it like that! im pleased you all too have little PITA's aswell lol, they have stopped now but only to eat there tea, and by that i mean they are all over the place and scoffing there food like pigs eating swill! hmm is it bedtime yet?? uugh 6:08 - hmm maybe an early night then

Have you noticed Queen, that whether you are happy or cross your kids remain the same? So it is better for you to remain as happy as possible, because being cross only affects you.

My kids don't listen to me most of the time. But I can decide whether I get wound up by them or not. I have begun to practice walking away a lot more singing 'la la la la la' and not letting them bug me. They carry on regardless, all they want is your attention, negatively or positively.

Don't rise so often to the bait, unless someone is really doing something crazy. Best of British luck to you.
