Rash on his thighs. He does have small patches of eczema that he’s had since birth but rash appeared last night, was almost gone this morning now is back to being more visible this afternoon. His eczema has never “flared up” as such but could that be what this is?
Seems alright in himself. He has 2 molars that popped through the day before yesterday so he’s a bit crankier than usual but temp etc are normal.
No new foods/detergents etc so I don’t think it’s any kind of reaction.
