Recently taken a one off dose of fluconazole, pretty sure it was 20mg for nipple thrush. I exclusively pump for my little one and the pharmacist said it’d be fine to still give her the milk.. but she’s due to have open heart surgery next week so I just don’t want to risk anything going wrong - her being even slightly unwell means the op can’t go ahead.
So I’m going to pump and dump. Does anyone know how long I need to dump for?
I know I should’ve asked the pharmacist but at that moment in time I just couldn’t talk about it and answer all the questions about the surgery.
