Baby hands hot and cold

My 2 week olds hands I’ve noticed yesterday both went red and red hot for a good few hours then went back to normal which is quite cold. Today I’ve noticed one is red and hot and the other cold, he’s been sick a lot more than usual today also. Does anyone know what this is?

Could there be a hair wrapped around one wrist?

The other one has turned red now, nothing restricting blood flow 🤔 he’s not got to touch on his chest or anything it’s just really random, the heat is 18 degrees it’s not too warm
