Hey mums
So I’ve been exclusively pumping for nearly five months because of dds heart condition she tires easily.
My left nipple has been in AGONY the last few days. Shooting pains and that breast seems to have almost stopped making milk. I’m getting 150ml from my right breast and 30ml from my left?! I went to the doctors today and she said she didn’t think I had mastitis because I didn’t have a temperature or any blockages and no redness on the breast. So what could it be?
I can’t feel any blockages and my left breast feels soft after a pump so I think I am just not making any milk but why all of a sudden? That used to make more milk than my right. Also why the nipple pain?! My nipple is quite cracked even though I’ve been using lanolin. I don’t get it
