Reflux or sickness?

I have an 8 week old fully breastfed baby who has started spitting up more recently ..at least I think it’s spit up but could be vomit, how can you tell? It’s not projectile..sometimes it’s a little sometimes a lot. It’s after every single feed but she still has plenty of wet and dirty nappies (I’m not sure how though!) and still seems well in herself.

Her weight gain has been slow but no/one commented on this at my 6 week check (she dropped from 35th to 25th centile). My first daughter is a big 95th centile bruiser so she feels tiny!

Does this sound like reflux or a sick bug? I’m trying to keep her upright after feeds but she’s sick as soon as I move her so I’ve actually found feeding laying down and leaving her on her side (not unattended) keeps more down…if I pick her up she’s sick straight away

Is she scrunching legs up to chest?
Arching her back?

With my DS inbetween feeds the acid would come up and it was very clear.
Vomiting after a feed, a lot. No projectile but more than your average spit up of milk.

How long you been sitting her up for? Recommended in 20 mins.

No that’s the thing she’s very chilled and doesn’t seem bothered by it at all. My previous daughter had colic and would scream at every feed (during and after!). She’s calm just brings loads back up…

So I try to keep her Upright but she will literally be sick the moment I pick her up to wind her over my shoulder.
