My 2 (soon to be 3) year old currently has both molars coming through, and she has had a few days with diarrhoea and vomited twice during the night. When I looked in her mouth this morning, one of the molars has just popped its way through the gum!
Her symptoms don't present like a stomach bug, she's eaten/drunk in between vomiting/diarrhoea episodes and kept everything down...until during the night when she started being sick. She's absolutely fine in herself and staying well hydrated...my question is, has anyone else ever experienced their child having vomiting and diarrhoea with teething?
