My ex is in jail (please no judgement) and I found out I was pregnant when he went away , we wasn't together long before he went away and he has mentally abused me while he's been inside which led me to not getting his name on the babies birth certificate , all he has done is tell me he's going to kill himself every other day and threaten me non stop , he is not stable and I don't want him seeing my baby with out me there , I worry he will take the baby and run off .
he's from a different city to me and I worry I will have to part with my baby to give him over night stays , this keeps me awake at night . My baby is 3 months old and hasn't been away from me for more then 1 hour , I don't know what I would do if a judge granted him over night stays , or his family it would be like giving my baby over to strangers I am beside myself with worry please can someone let me know if I have anything to worry about .
