My 3 year has been trained since Aug/Sept 21 and night trained since Nov 21. We where having absolutely no accident at all so was doing amazing then last week she started wetting the bed at night time and I thought was just a wee phase and accident then started happening every other night and now it progressed and now she is actually pee and pooing herself during the day. Its not just 1 accident then using the potty it's every time she needs to the toilet. I don't know if this normal or its something I need to get looked into..
She has had her urine tested so it's no infection
Any advice please
