Breastfeeding and the vaccine

Hi all, posted this in the covid section but no responses

I wasn’t able to have the vaccine during my pregnancy due to the medications I was on. My baby is now 3 weeks and I wanted to book my vaccine.
I’ve been doing some research tonight and can’t find a link to the yellow card data for breastfeeding, all I can find is a summary below. I just wanted to look at the actual numbers /detail. I’ve had loads of issues establishing breastfeeding and just about got there so bit worried about the supply issue mentioned below and want to be prepared with expressing more in case this is an issue.
I also Just like to be informed and want to see the data for myself. Do any of you have a link to yellow card data? Thanks

We have received about 4,000 Yellow card reports from women breastfeeding at the time of vaccination. Most of these women reported only suspected reactions in themselves which were similar to reports for the general population, with no effects reported on their milk supply or in their breastfed children.

A small number of women have reported decreases in their milk supply, most of which were transient, or possible reactions in their breastfed child.

Personally I was thrilled to get the vaccine while breastfeeding so my DS got antibodies xx

My supply wasn't affected at all by the vaccines and my dd was perfectly well after feeding too

Same as above, I was really reassured to be able to give my LO antibodies

Sorry don't have any info on yellow card details but I'm breastfeeding and had the option to get my booster shot when my baby was 4 days old and jumped at the opportunity. Any extra antibodies I can pass on to him are worthwhile. I had no supply issues.

I do understand it provides antibodies. I don’t particularly have any issue having it, I do prefer to make informed decisions though. That’s why I was hoping someone would have the link to the actual yellow card reports ? Thanks
