Hi everyone
Looking for some advice, my 19 week old little girl has been diagnosed with reflux yesterday by the gp who advised me to go onto aptimal reflux which so far is working well, she isn’t arching her back or screaming however I am struggling with the teats getting blocked, I am using tommee tippee fast flow number 3 but still keeps getting clogged!
My little girl keeps getting very frustrated and gets tired. is there anything I can do to stop clogs or should I try to make the feed thinner by adding regular formula

I’d try a variflow teat, I believe Tommee tippee do them, baby will then control the flow. Might take a few feeds before they get used to it though.

make sure it's all really mixed well.
I used to put carobel in my DS milk and I had to give it a good swirl for afew minutes after the hot shot to dissolve otherwise it turned into a gel like substance.
