I'm lookifg for the following information for a presentation I have to do for an access course in Nursing & Midwifery. I've trawled the web but can't find the following information.

1. The history of pain releif, ie when edidurals etc were first used in this country.

2. Stats on how many births use which type of pain releif.

I would really appreciate some help...
