Straining, bubbles coming from mouth

Hi,

My son is 3.
Past couple of nights once he's just fell asleep, he starts straining, red in the face and bubbles start coming from his mouth.
This last maybe 5 minutes then he's just sleeping normally.

Reflux came straight to my head but no other signs through day.
He's well other than abit of a stuffy nose.

Anyone got any ideas?

Shameful bump!

Hi op, I'd probably film it and ask a health visitor or GP for their thoughts

Is he breathing when he does it?

This seems the most obvious thing to do and I never thought of it, thank you

@ofwarren

Is he breathing when he does it?
So when he's straining he's not, it's like you know when you see little babies straining for a poo. He'll stop, breath, then do it again.

I would be quite concerned about this. Definitely film it and seek advice asap
