My 8month old nappies constantly leaks overnight up into his tummy as he sleeps on his front.
I’ve tried pampers and also sized up and also premium mamia.
Does anyone have any better suggestions pleasseeee???
He weighs about 8kg

What pampers did you try? I’ve found active fit pants the best for my front sleepers.

Are you using nappies or pull ups? I find pull ups a lot better as a nappy can get twisted out of shape when they roll and wiggle. I've had to switch to specific pampers nighttime nappies which are doing the trick, which is annoying because they're double the price or normal nappies.
Or you could try the + sizes in a nappy?
How much do they drink overnight? DS is older so it's a bit different but I've now put his milk earlier in the bed time routine so I can then do one final nappy change before sleep so he's not got as much liquid going through him.

Have you tried putting the nappy on back to front at bedtime?

Kit and kin have a lot of padding at the front near the top so I'd imagine it would stop any leaking from front.

No I haven’t…would this help?

We use the Aldi plus range, DS sleeps with his bum in the air and no leaks. I just make sure they're done up fairly tight as they have stretchy sides.

Normal nappy with a tescos own tena lady down the middle 🤣🤯 Has to be a proper incontinence style pad so it draws urine away. Think it is 80p for a pack. We used for months. Tried other hacks with no joy. No longer need to use them since he transitioned fully to solids. Xx

Following as we’re having the same issue with our 8 month old boy, been using Pampers Baby Dry pants at night since he started sleeping through with no issues until the last week - we moved him to his own room & bigger cot, he’s doing so well sleep wise but has suddenly become a tummy sleeper now he has more room & now his nappy is leaking & soaking through his clothes 😩😩

Tried a second pair of nappy pants on top & back to front a couple of nights, worked one night but still leaked other nights
