Great birthday present for a frozen loving 3 year old?

My son is also turning 3 but they are so different, he loves trains, cars, trucks, diggers, dinosaurs, building etc and his friend LOVES frozen, dancing, her baby doll etc I'd like to surprise her rather than ask her mummy. Any ideas? Budget is up to £20 x

Elsa or Anna dress up dress. Usually around £16-£18 in sainsbury's and Matalan

For around £15-20 you can get 8 Frozen books in a set with a digital reader that reads the stories to them. My dd and her cousins (all 3-4 yo) all got one (boys and girls) and it was by far their favourite present for each of them. Just search for ‘me reader frozen 8 book library and electronic reader’

If she loves frozen I’d imagine she’ll already have frozen dresses etc. So I’d avoid that
