DD (6) is picky. She isn't an extreme eater, and she eats plenty of healthy, good food so I have no health concerns, but she is still very picky and reluctant to try anything new.
I don't especially need advice on how to improve things - we already have a plan, and it's working but s - l - o - w - l - y. So while we play the long game, can anyone cheer me up with tales of how your once-picky child now eats anything put in front of them?
