Help... with 7 month old

Hi all

My little boy is 7 months old and had to have heart surgery at the beginning of December. Since we have been home he's on two different medicines and some extra lactulose to help him poop.

He didn't start on solids until we were back from hospital so he's still having very puréed food as well as milk (cow & gate that's new to him started after surgery)

My main point is since we've been home he's been so unsettled and I'm trying to find out why so I can help. He used to sleep right through the night but lately he has me up sometimes up to 15 times a night he wakes up crying and during the day he's also more unsettled.

He does arch his back and kick his legs sometimes and he is also teething. He's also just learnt to roll over.

I'm just concerned that somethings upsetting him causing his pain or is this all totally "normal" behaviour.

I know he's been through a lot lately but I'm exhausted.

Any advice would be much appreciated I see the health visitor Wednesday so will mention it all but I feel like I'm losing my mind looking for things that might not even be there. My anxiety levels are taking a battering.

Thank you

The worst sleep regression for me was 6 months so it could just be that. It’s normal for a child to sleep through and then just not.
