Vomiting 5 year old

Hello folks

My son, otherwise healthy and happy 5 year old, has been off his food for about a week and started vomiting this morning. He's otherwise well ie no symptoms of covid, no diarrhoea and no fever. He's also listless and not himself.

I and his mother (first time parents, with few family members around) are not overly worried and keeping him hydrated. But:

Is there anything we should be aware of? Is it common at the moment? Anything else we should be doing or watching out for?

Thanks in advance

V common at that age and this time of year to pick up a tummy bug
Ususally they don't have a fever with this.
Sometimes you can get a temporary dairy intolerance after so maybe lay off that for a few days

Thanks, he does ask for warm milk which we found reassuring
