Should I drop morning milk?

DD is 15 month and has milk in the morning when she wakes up and before bed time

My issue with the morning milk is she wakes up at 7/7.30am has her morning milk and then I have to give her breakfast an hour later so she gets to nursery on time. However she doesn't seem to want her breakfast that much.
If she woke up earlier then I'd probably still give her the milk but she doesn't.

I've tried reducing her milk intake but doesn't really make a difference and wondering if I should just drop it all together?

What age did you drop the morning milk?

Could you give a beaker of milk alongside breakfast instead

Give her the milk after breakfast?

@dementedpixie oh I'll give this a go and see if she'll have it

@DockOTheBay already tried it and she'll refuse the milk so I feel she only wants one or the other as she gets too full from both

I that case I would just give her breakfast and drop her milk, she is happy without it.

As soon as they were having 3 meals and it seemed that morning milk was having an impact on appetite for breakfast, this was different ages for all of mine but did coincide with timings being awkward as you describe.

Your baby can go straight on to breakfast in the mornings, just make it a milky one and put the leftover in a cup for her to drink, that way not dropping any milk.

My eldest is 4 and still likes a cup of milk when he gets up!
