Mamas and Papas Pixi high chair help!

Hi! Posting in the hopes that someone has used one of these in the past because it's a few years old. I have taken the green padding off the back to clean and have no idea how to get it back on again. It looks to stay on using suction? But I can't get it to stick? Does anyone know what to do?
