Please tell me I'm not the only one

I have a beautiful 6 and a half month old daughter who is just brilliant, however I can't say the same about her sleep.

We have her In a bedtime routine and she will allow us to put her down in her crib at the beginning of the night where she will drift off to sleep independently. However over the past 3/4 weeks she has been waking through the night crying approx 4/5 times.

She has also decided she does not wish to drink her milk through the day and therefore waking twice for feeds twice through the night.

I know this could be for a number of reasons and she will grow out of it but please someone tell me I'm not the only one going through this because at 2am every morning I certainly feel like it x

It's all a phase, I found that nothing lasted for more than about a couple of weeks. They then change their behaviour to something else that's really annoying. It is tough though, you're doing really well x

You’re not the only one. I have a seven month old. He used to be a great sleeper, now he’s up twice a night for a feed and it takes him about 45 mins to get him back to sleep. Hoping it’s just a phase!
