Where to start with reflux?

I’m wondering whether DS2 is suffering from reflux. He’s 4 weeks old and currently won’t sleep unless being held. He was previously going down in his cot for short periods. He seems unsettled a lot of the time though doesn’t cry much. He wriggles and grizzles as soon as he is put down. He has started posseting fairly regularly after feeds (he is exclusively breastfed). He wants to feed all the time at the moment - at least every hour. He’s very windy, hiccups a lot and sometimes coughs at the breast.

If it is reflux where do I start with trying to address it? Does it need to be really severe before we get the GP or health visitor involved or should I get him checked over sooner rather than later? What are the best first steps to try to help him? Thank you!
