We been at park few hours by ourselves ( only child ) she two half
We playing having good time
Mum and her friend few kids between then 4/6 in ages come in
My child asked me if she could make friends
I was well prepared for the kids not to play with her..
but she went up to every kid one by one saying hi and they ignored her every single one
I could of cried, even my toddler looked at me confused face
Now I know she don't understand and kids don't need speak to a toddler
This ain't any sort of bad parenting rant
It purely the first time my heart was broken in a park

I can totally relate to this..it's heart breaking to see your child being rejected. It's one of the things I find the most difficult to deal with and it's tough trying to not protect your kids from it.

I guess it's something they have to learn to.deal with though..it won't be the last time but there will also be many times when kids do want to.play with your DD. There will also be times when your DD will be the one doing the rejecting.

Oh this is so sad. My friend was telling me about her daughter being bullied in school. At 3. Telling her she was a baby for watching paw patrol and for going in a buggy sometimes.

Kids are so cruel so young!
