Luke Thomas or Luke Tobias?

Hello, im a Finnish mom and ny husband is English. Were trying To decide a name for our baby boy. What do you think about Luke Tobias? Tobias is also a Finnish name. We thought about Luke Thomas too being an English name. Its really hard for me as a Finnish person to know if these name combinations are some how goofy or silly in England.

I don't think there is anything goofy or silly about the names neither individually nor in combination. If you are asking about personal preferences (and you should really consider only yours and your husbands) I would like Luke as a first name and then Thomas as a middle name but I might be biased because I had two classmates called Tobias who I didn't like that much...

Both are great options. I say go for Tobias as it honours his Finnish heritage.

I have a Luke, it's a lovely name and not all that common. Mine goes by Lukey most of the time! He's only 3 so we get away with it...

Thomas and Tobias are both perfectly fine middle names, out of the two I'd go for Thomas. Only personal preference though, Tobias is good as well!

I like both. My Finnish nephew is called Tomas which I really like.
