Wanting a bit of advise regarding behaviour. My little girl is just over 3. Since she has turned 3 her behaviour has been pretty awful. She is constantly doing things we have told her not to do over and over again and she is having lots of tantrums and everything - getting dressed, brushing teeth etc is a battle. She never listens even though she understands completely fine. She has always been so good and never any issues at all until she turned 3! She started pre school in September and other than one small thing (smearing soap on the mirror) they haven’t commented on her behaviour. Is this normal? I know every toddler had tantrums etc so I’m not worried about that necessarily it’s just the sudden change that worries me! Thanks x

Have you tried offering her a toddlers choice over things like getting dressed? So offer her the voice of two things to wear and let her pick which she wants. It makes them feel in control but really you're only giving her the choice of two things that you've already selected.

The book Toddler Taming should help as well Smile

Praise, consistency, distraction. You will survive. I am sure she is completely normal Smile Hopefully other posters will ve along with better advice.
