Doctors and Hospital?

My daughter rod three is three. Earlier in December she had croup and a nasty cold virus. She was given steroids and it cleared up. But over the last 2 1/2 weeks she’s been very unsettled, saying she feels sick all the time, and not eating. She managed to eat a spaghetti bolognaise last night, immediately after she threw it up, complaining of feeling sick. She’s been very pale and lethargic, but still occasionally chatty and playing. I’ve already took her to the doctors once and the children unit at the hospital and they said it’s just post viral. But she hasn’t been anywhere so is it really normal post virus to be vomiting or feeling sick everyday for two weeks. I just don’t know what to do. She’s no other symptoms of being unwell. Shall I take her back to hospital, or gp? Has anyone else ever had this with their little one?

Gp. Chest infections can cause nausea.
