Vitamins - what do you use?

Hi lovelies.

If you use vitamin supplements can I please ask which ones you find the easiest?

Been using the mix-in mixture (vit a, b and d plus iron I think) from a bottle which I add to morning milk drink for my 17 mo dd but she's less interested in her milk and tends not to finish it all now.

Thanks

I’ve always used Abidec multi vitamin and used to mix it in a little yoghurt, now DS is older I just give it to him to drink out the little measuring cup as he likes the taste

Thanks for your reply, may I ask how old your child was when you started to give off the spoon?

Abidec multivitamins as the dose is tiny so easy to give in a syringe! DD is now 5 she's had it since 6 months old

NHS healthy start vitamins. Can be bought from superdrug. Just five drops in drink once a day. I follow sr_nutrition on Instagram and she did a comparison of lots of vitamins that is really helpful.

I also use the NHS Healthy Start vitamins. I tried different ones and these are by far the easiest to administer as it's such a teeny amount of liquid. I just add to my dd's water and she doesn't seem to notice. They're also very cheap!

Great! Thank you all so much!

Yeah @babysleephelp I agree with @Pandemicpregnancy - sr_nutrition on Instagram does a great comparison on lots of big brands. It’s amazing how many of the big ones either don’t meet the recommended dosage for certain ages or are full of sugar and additives! We use NHS Healthy Start ones too 😊 5 drops and my DH takes it straight off the spoon 👍🏻 Usually £3.99 (if I remember correctly!) in Superdrug. I think each bottle is about an 8 week supply and they’re often on 3 for 2 😊
