Hi
Just wanted some advice please, me and my partner had a baby girl 9 months ago but we just can't get on living together (we have never lived together before)
I don't want to be with him but so worried about my baby girl as I can't bear the thought of not seeing her when he has her. He's threatening me with court saying I am entitled to her at least 3 times a week including every weekend and it breaks my heart to think my baby girl at 9 months old will be away from her mummy for that length of time. Just looking for some advice and if anyone has been in this situation before and what they have done, how many days the father get? Are they allowed overnight stays when the baby is so young? Thank you x

I have read that under 18 months overnights won't be enforced... Are you bf?

Let him take you to court. He won't get anything like that at that age.
