I am 9months pregnant with my second child. And I am really struggling with the demands of my 3 year old. It feels like she never stops asking me for things and needing my attention and I am so exhausted. It's making me really depressed. Especially over the Christmas holidays. What can I do 😔

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I think it's pretty normal. You're worn out and she can very probably sense a change in you.

Are there a few things that you can do together which don't require much effort from you like play doh or reading her stories?

Anyone around to take her out for couple hours?
Would benefit you both.

But I agree she may sense a change already.
3 yo are demanding at the best of times but your feeling it a lot more as your so pregnant.

Does she enjoying painting etc?
Ask her to paint a picture for new baby.
