My 3 year started vomiting about 4am this morning and wont keep anything at all down so she clearly caught a tummy bug but she hasn't did a pee in over 17 hours. DD is fully potty trained

I'd be contacting OOH as sign of dehydration over 12 hours without PU!

Poorenough · 02/01/2022 09:27

A&e or at least gp (but they'll probably send you there. she needs rehydrating

Unrealnotunrealistic · 02/01/2022 09:27

Doesn't matter I'm afraid... is still dehydration and needs to be seen

KiloWhat · 02/01/2022 09:51

I'd still call 111

Bagelsandbrie · 02/01/2022 10:03

Definitely ring 111. Sounds very dehydrated.

You need to get her seen by a doctor.
