Hi

I have a 15 week old DS who has struggled with wind , a gassy belly, extreme pain and arching his back since about 4 weeks old. He is EBF.

I have tried everything baby message, cut out dairy and lots of other things and nothing seems to work.

He really struggles to sleep on his back to and is very uncomfortable through the night.

Now when he is passing wind, this pumps smell really bad.

Has anyone had the same? What else can I do for this to stop?

Could he be constipated?

Colic? Try infacol it's like a magical elixir

We had same with DS and dentinox has worked wonders for him! Highly recommend! Plus cycling his legs while he's laid on his back and gently lifting his knees to his tummy/chest to put a little pressure on his tummy.

He poops every couple of days, so not sure it's constipation.

Yes we use infacol regularly, it doesn't seem to help.

I have not tried Dentinox, I will give that a try. Thank you. Yes we do lots of cycling and lifting his legs which tends to release wind.

Thank you.

Have you been eating Brussels sprouts this Xmas? Similarly broccoli?

Hi we had this with our little one and it turned out to be silent reflux! We were driving ourselves mad with bicycle legs and all sorts until we went to the gp and tried omeperazole which helped his arching and pain in a couple of weeks. It’s been brilliant!
Still gets gassy sometimes and we still his his tummy. Also agree that infacol is great. When he stopped to try dentinox we quickly realised infacol was working better than we thought!
