Pocket money amounts for teenagers?

Wanting to increase allowances in the new year - we buy all clothes/ phone contracts etc so it's money for fun stuff and saving - DCs are very good at saving for specific things - any thoughts welcome 🙂

Well, what do you give them now and how much are they 'short' of what they need?
Obviously 13 yr olds are quite different from 17 yr olds.

Every time this is asked on here, there is a HUGE variety, with many people being astounded at either how little, or how much some other families give their teens.
