3 week old feeding

My little boy turned 3 weeks old yesterday, within a week of being born he was drinking 4oz bottles, now he's on 5 but he's draining them. Does he need 6 ounces? I read online that there should be milk left when babies are finished feeding and that way you know they've had enough. I don't force food into him, whenever he seems to be finished I leave him, I don't prod the bottle round his mouth and he doesn't get sick much which makes me think he isn't taking in too much milk or he'd bring it back up? It just seems like a lot for a little one of 3 weeks. He's on carobel also if that has any relevance.

Can you change milk to a “hungry baby” kind?

He's refluxy, will it cause tummy upset?

I would go up an oz. Any time my little one starts draining the bottle for a few bottles I go up. How is his reflux? I know reflux babies sometime guzzle milk to settle their reflux?

So so, he's been awful the last 24 hours but before that seemed well settled so I'm really not sure.

Are you doing paced bottle feeding?

Don't use hungry baby formula, completely unnecessary.

Yeah I am. It was mentioned at his first feed so it's always been done with him
