Bunkbeds 3 year old?

We have a 15 year old and a 3 year old. Would it be safe to have Bunkbeds for them with 3 year old on the bottom? Is there such a thing as Bunkbeds with a retractable ladder so 3 yr old can’t try and climb up to get his brother?

No. We had bunk beds for a then 5yr old night and 2yr old. We had to fish the younger one out the top bunk a few nights in the first week but after that the novelty wore off and it was fine.

We just made it very clear that the bottom bunk belonged to the young one and the top bunk wasn't shared.

No. And I don't think a 3 year old can share with a 15 year old. 3 year old in with you.
