AIBU MIL and baby news

I'm quite thick skinned but recently I'm wondering if I'm being abit sensitive.

When we found out we were expecting our first baby we told our parents and laughed how the men in the family cried tears of happiness but neither of our mums shred a tear, just basically said 'that's lovely'.

MIL didn't show much enthusiasm for when we got engaged, not even a card saying congratulations and took no interest in plans for the wedding.
Partner and I were over joyed to learn we were having a boy but MIL was disappointed it wasn't a girl and made her feelings quite clear.

Now she has another grandchild on the way she's convinced this one will be a girl and quite frankly lost all interest in her grandson.

This all seems to of stemmed from MIL turning up at the house unannounced and wouldn't leave. She would knock on to say she was passing and could she use the loo which resulted in her staying for 3 hours whilst I was trying to work. After she did this a handful of times I spoke to my partner about it as it was impacting my job.
Few other things have happened but i just brush them off however I feel like this has touched a nerve as it seems she's obsessed with having a girl in the family, is this normal?

Should also mention the new grandchild is not from us from but from her other son.
