Teenagers depressed

We live in a small village and teens are soooo bored. I’d hoped to get away for a couple of days but, covid. I think I’m losing my mojo, and I find it so hard to ‘carry ‘ them. That’s not the right words, I feel like I am the emotional lynchpin and I’m knackered.
Just that we have such a quiet Xmas. We have a few mates but no other family that can all hang out together - we have friends where we like the parents but the kids don’t get on etc. I think we are all a bit bored. I know I am. Ds 13 doesn’t want to go out or anything dd16 is convinced she’s rubbish at everything.
I just don’t know how to perk us all up. We had 2 days away in the summer as Dh didn’t want to take time off work. And I don’t want this holiday to drift like that, in lots of bored days watching tv. Don’t know what to do.
