Dummy at night

My DD is 4 weeks old and is the loudest sleeper, I wear ear plugs and can still hear her shes so so noisy. I was thinking a dummy might help with the noise? But I'd only want her to have it to sleep with. Has anyone done this or will she become reliant on it and want it all the time? Wondering if I'm creating a rod for my back!

A dummy helped my two sleep and was only used when ill or sleeping and was a godsend!

What do you mean by noisy sleeping? My son snored terribly and breathed loudly and we were referred to ENT to monitor him as they were concerned about sleep apnea. Might be worth a conversation with your GO/Health Visitor to check.

She's just really moany and vocal when she's on her back, when she's upright she's okay. I'll keep an eye on it tho thank you. Good to know you had good experiences with a night time dummy thanks
