15 week old - constipation

My boy has had constipation for the last week, he strains loads and poo is like putty consistency and not much of it.

Have been doing the bicycle legs/pulling legs up while sitting up, however I wonder if there is anything else I should consider? Is it too early for prune juice etc?
Will call HV after Xmas period next week but wonder if anyone has experience thanks.

When he's straining is he in any discomfort?

How's he fed @Namechangegardens? Just asking as the advice can be different depending on how you're feeding Smile

@PanicBuyingSprouts
Yes should have said, he is formula fed. Also on omeprazole for reflux

No he doesn't really seem to be in discomfort, just makes loud straining noises?

If he's not in pain and seems ok generally in himself I'd not worry.

If you think he is struggling you can add a little extra water to one of his bottles but check the guidelines in the tub first.
