How many ounces

My DS is 9 and a half weeks and is still on 4oz 3-4 hourly - I am exclusively pumping and he takes the bottle well and loves his milk. He does finish every bottle and I do sometimes give him a little extra if he seems to be unsettled. I did try to move him up to 5oz and he has quite a bit of spit up. Should I persevere with 5 or stick to 4 for now? I just don't want to waste precious breast milk!

If he is finishing 4 easily it's best to offer 5 at each feed. You could offer half ounces with breast milk if you want to minimise waste.
