My 3 year old son has been running his tummy and saying ow last few days on a nbd off. I went to see the Gp who felt his tummy and listened to his tummy and says everything seems fine and if he was on pain then he wouldn't let her touch him. He was struggling to go on Sunday but has since gone every day he doesn't know a lot of words for his age so Not sure if he knows what he means or is using it the way he thinks. Should I be worried?

My dd is 3 and she started saying about her stomach hurting. She did have a bout of diarrhoea and vomiting but for weeks after she was still saying her stomach hurts inside. The gp checked her over, he couldn't find anything of concern. The gp had a urine and feaces test done, which found nothing of concern. My gp has now referred to pediatrition, just to rule out anything else has its hard for them to really explain themselves at this age.
