Sickness for 1 week

Hi I am wondering if anyone has had similar and can help calm some nerves.

Our little boy has been being sick for around a week now. It started after feeds almost a week ago now. He was vomitting after each feed a day later he started getting diarrhea. We visited the doctor who said keep an eye on it for dehydration.

Over the week the vomitting got less, yesterday the diarrhoea was gone and he wasn't sick and we thought all was well. Today the diarrhoea is back and on his last feed of the night he was sick. It's mentally very exhausting, we are worried about him and every time we call 111 or the doctor they just tell us to watch out for signs of dehydration but as he is taking 5 out of 6 bottles he isn't likely to be dehydrated but how long do they let him be sick each day prior to looking further into this?

Thanks in advance.
