Hi all
I'm not a mum yet, but seeing colleagues working over Christmas/summer hols in the nhs made me wonder what you do about childcare if both parents are working but schools or nurseries closed? (And no families about to help!)
What options are there and how much does it cost?
I know it's possible to manage with AL (kinda!)
Thoughts appreciated. Just planning ahead ☺️
