Hi! My little one is 3 and a half months old and teething something terrible at the min, I can feel the two top teeth in the gum. The only thing now she’s off her milk! She’s been on about 5oz for a while, she went off her milk before and she’s dropped a percentile as she just wasn’t putting much weight on, HV wasn’t sure why but wasn’t concerned at all but she got back up to the 5oz and was taking the whole bottle but the last 1-2 days we’ve been lucky if she has 3oz, she’s still having wet nappies but they seem to be quite yellow compared to how they usually are, she’s having six three oz bottles in 24 hours and to be honest I’m at a bit of a loss!
She’s also on lactose free milk because of a suspected intolerance, she’s also having a dirty nappy twice a day for the last few days. Also have been giving her teething toys but they don’t seem to work!

Might not be teeth you are feeling - the bottom 2 front teeth come first. Could still be teething though

Lactose intolerance is much rarer than CMPA - CMPA was why my DD started drinking less milk and dropping centiles ( though still gaining weight). Ask about prescription formula you can try like nutramigen.
